Caitland Productions Inc. operates Caitlyn Smith's merchandise store. When you place an order, we collect information needed to process and support it, including your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, order details and payment status.
Shopify provides our merchandise checkout and order system. Payment details are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. Our website does not store your full card number or security code.
We use order information to process payment, send order updates, handle support and refunds, and arrange delivery. We share the information needed for delivery with our fulfillment providers and shipping carriers when your order is ready. Preorders are held in Shopify until fulfillment begins.
Marketing emails are separate from order communications. If you sign up for Caitlyn's mailing list, MailerLite delivers those emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email.
We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and legal obligations. For privacy questions or requests about your order data, contact support@caitlynsmith.com. For information about other website and Cait's Crew services, see our website privacy policy. Shopify's privacy information is available at Shopify Privacy.
